Imagine scoring 40 individual points at your state meet to help your team win the state title.

That's what Paige Floriea of Mentor (OH) did at the OHSAA Division 1 State Championships.

She won the 100m, 200m, 400m and the long jump to earn 40 of the 70 points Mentor scored. Along with earning the titles, she became the third girl to win the triple crown in state history and the first to do so in Ohio's highest classification.

She crossed the finish line in 11.93, 24.17 and 54.25 for the sprint events. In the long jump pit, she leaped 19-10.25.

Last week, Floreia earned 58-percent of the votes. Congratulations Floreia for making history and being a state champion.

Now let's move on to Week 13 of the outdoor National Performer of the Week presented by New Balance poll.

Vote for whom you think should win this week's national honor following this most recent week of action. Voting will end Friday, and we'll recognize the winner every Monday during the unveiling of the newest poll. Better yet, each boy and girl winner will win a pair of New Balance shoes

We are requesting winners (or their parents or coaches) from each week to email Cory Mull at cory.mull@flosports.tv and Olivia Ekpone at olivia.ekpone@flosports.tv to notify us of your contact.

Vote below in the poll and let us know your thoughts in the comments. For reference, check our Top 25 Outdoor Performances of the Week. You can also vote in our National Boys Performer of the Week poll.
