The high school sanctioned portion of the VA Showcase lived up to the billing (and you can watch it, as it is still live on MileSplit on Sunday) over the weekend, as a couple of national records went down, none more exciting than Shawnti Jackson's new 300m record. 

Undoubtedly the biggest news of the weekend, though, was Amanda Moll's breakthrough: The Olympia Capital senior cleared 15 feet in the pole vault for the first time in high school history.
