The weather might have been cold and snowy in certain parts of the country, but that didn't stop the competition from heating up over the weekend.

There were big marks set and intense matchups in the sprints, big-time distance results and strong displays in the field.

There was also a high schooler who took down a collegiate field in the 3K. 

Zariel Macchia also claimed the USATF U20 Cross Country title and punched her ticket to the World U20 Championships in March.
