Showcasing an elite crop of high school sprinters from Missouri, Tennessee and Texas, the final went down to the final steps.
Casey Hood Jr., a senior from Rock Bridge (MO), earned the overall victory with a U.S. No. 7 time of 6.81. Memphis Central's (TN) Jordan Ware was second in 6.83, Klein Oak's Jelani Watkins was third in 6.84 and Westlake's (TX) Ashton Torns was fourth in 6.84.
