Last week's National Boys Performer of the Week poll wasn't even close.
Zachary (LA) High School senior Chris Hilton ran away with the honor after his indoor debut on Jan. 9 -- where he secured a US No. 3 high jump of 6 feet, 8 inches -- securing over 90-percent of the vote.
The LSU signee got off to a very good start, though more competitions should be in his future at that same venue over the next coming weeks.
Watch out for Hilton as he eyes up another 7-foot leap. A big congrats goes out to the Zachary athlete. Now let's move on to Week 6 of our indoor national performer of the week honor.
