National Boys Performer Of The Week (1/4-1/10)

* Zachary's Chris Hilton took top honors in the high jump at the LSU HS Classic

- - -

Only 22 votes separated first from second over last week's National Performer of the Week poll.

That might be the closest margin of victory we've ever seen.

But in the end, Bullis School's Luke Schroeder, who scored a US No. 4 performance of 48.35 seconds in the 400m at the Grant Holloway Holiday Invitational, pulled away from Laurenz Colbert in the final stretch, accumulating 792 votes and winning Week 4 of the honor.

Schroeder generated just over 38-percent of the tallies, while Colbert was just a hair behind with 37-percent. A big congrats goes out to Luke on the honor.

Now, let's move on to this week's voting.

We'll have seven candidates in this week's poll. Voting will end Friday, and we'll recognize the winner every Monday during the unveiling of the newest poll.

Vote below in the poll and let us know your thoughts in the comments. For reference, check our Top 250 Performances of the Week. You can also vote in our National Girls Performer of the Week poll.
