NEW YORK –Kendell Williams came into the New Balance Nationals looking to defend her title in the pentathlon.  The senior from Kell High in Georgia accomplished that goal and more on Saturday, leaving the Armory with a national record.

  Rhode Island athletes fared well on Saturday during Day 2 of the New Balance Nationals in New York City.

Butler Senior Tretez Kinnaird finished third in the 800m Run at New Balance Indoor Nationals today.

Oscar Smith's Michael Cherry in the 400 and Westfield's Nathan Kiley in the 800 winning national titles lead as the top performances by Virginians on the final day of the 2013 New Balance Nationals.

Wesley Frazier pulled off a stunning comeback in the 5000, netting herself a national record and the highlight of the season.
