Panhandle Cross Country Championship (FL): Chiles girls won a close race over Fort Walton Beach, 42-50 behind the strength of 3 in the top-5. Maclay's Stefanie Kurgatt won the race with a time of 17:47.62 and teammate Jana Stolting was 2nd in 17:53.27. Meet Page
South Brevard CC Invitational (FL): Brian Atkinson, Melbourne, won the boys Varsity race with a time of 15:32.70. Melbourne won the team title as well with 56 points. Melbourne girls dominated in their race with 34 points for the victory. Meet Page
Middleburg Bronco Classic (FL): Bishop Kenny boys dominated their Varsity race with 39 points and 4 runners in the top-9 overall. Colin Barker, Bishop Kenny, won the individual title with a time of 15:36.41 for a 50 second margin. Bishop Kenny won the girls Varsity race as well with 48 points. Georgia State Middle School Championships (GA): Georgia middle-schoolers will gather in Cochran, GA tomorrow to compete over 2 miles. Meet Page

Chicago Regional Meet (IL): Sandburg won their regional meet with 35 points without US#3 Lukas Verzbicas and will move on to the State Finals.
Indiana:
Indiana Semi-State Championships (IN): US#4 Futsum Zeinasellassie, North Central, won the Franklin Central Semi-States Championships with a time of 15:16.55 over Drew and Alex Shields, Fishers, who were 2-3 in 15:21.28 and 15:22.45. Futsum also won the Brebeuf Sectional Championship with a time of 15:51.6 and then won the Brebeuf Regional Championship with a time of 15:19.3. Meet Page

DeSales Invitational (KY): Trinity won the boys Varsity race with 30 points and all 5 scorers in the top-9. Jake Wildenmann, Trinity, won the individual title with a time of 16:24. Montgomery County XC Championships (MD): Andrew Palmer, Walt Whitman, won the boys Varsity race with a time of 15:43. Walter Johnson won the team title with a score of 46 points and 4 in the top-7. Walter Johnson also won the girls Varsity race with 62 points, while Jessie Rubin, Thomas Wootton, won the individual title with a time of 18:49. Meet Page

District Championships (MO): With Conference action wrapping up the District meets get under way with Class 4 this Saturday. US#15 Emily Sisson (Photo, right, by Paul Everett) defended her Class 4 District 2 Championship in dominating fashion with a time of 18:04. Michigan:
Michigan State Championships (MI): Marquette won the Division 1 boys title with a point total of 24, taking the top-3 places overall and putting all 7 runners inside the top-15. Reed Payant won the individual title with a time of 16:20.9. Tara and Lindsay Killunen went 1-2 to lead Calumet to the team title with 32 points and 4 in the top-8. Tara ran 19:36.1 and Lindsay ran 20:02.4. Alan Peterson, Ironwood-Luther, won the Division 2 race with a time of 16:19.8. Abby Kelto, Munising, won the Division 2 girls race with a time of 19:38.3. Monmouth County Championships (NJ): US#3 Christian Brothers Academy scored 62 points to win by 81 over Holmdel. CBA had a 69 second spread off of Mike Mazzaccaro's victory in 16:10 on the challenging Holmdel Park layout. Meet Page with Photos and Videos!!
New York:
. Nick Hughes began the romp for the Red Raiders with a 16:34.93 clocking to win by 30 seconds in very sloppy conditions. Honeoye Falls-Lima won the Varsity 2 race with 52 points. HFL's Alex Dier and Steve Mangan went 1-2 with times of 16:21.72 and 16:22.92. US#12 Monroe Woodbury won the Varisty 3 race with 39 points in absolutely horrible conditions. OHSAA District XC Championships (OH): US#1 Zach Wills and his Mason teammates were victorious at Voice of America Park in the Division 1 race. Wills ran a 16:29.1 for first while Mason put 6 in the top-18 for a score of 45 and a 55 second 1-5 spread. US#9 Magnificat girls took the top-3 places of the Division 1 race at Lorain Community College for a 22 point score with 5 in the top-9 and 6 in the top-11. Madeline Chambers won overall with a time of 18:39. Pennsylvania Conference/ League Week (PA): A significant upset occurred at the Lehigh Valley Conference meet where PA#3 Emmaus girls took down PA#1 Liberty with a score of 32-67. PA#4 Pennsbury girls won the SOL National Conference Championship by 11 points with Sara Sargent taking the win with an impressive 17:57 clocking. PA#1 Germantown Friends won the Friends Schools League Championship meet with a perfect score of 15 points and the top-6 places in the race!
