Metropolitan Interscholastic Conference Championships (IN): US#4 Futsum Zeinasellassie, North Central, won the boys varsity race with a quick 15:27.2 and a 15 second gap on 2nd place John Mascari, Terre Haute North, 15:42.5. In the boys team race Carmel and North Central came down to the wire with each scoring 49 points. The tie-breaker went to Carmel.
