Breakdown: This meet will mark Wilson's opener for 2019. And considering the indoor season she had, the Tennessee recruit should put down a pretty good time in the long hurdles.
She ended up being one of the country's best at the 400mH to finish last season, crossing the line at the USA Junior Championships in a US No. 4 time of 57.95 seconds. Wilson also won a Virginia Group 5A/6A title in the 400m last year in 53.82, and she's coming off an indoor 300m best of 37.53 and runner-up bid in the 400m at New Balance Nationals Indoor in 52.72.
If Wilson can get her steps down and clear the hurdles with ease, expect a very fast time here ... maybe even a new US No. 1.
