With her remarkable 1:23.57 from the USA Indoor Championships, Mu gave us a glimpse of what she's capable of at the 800 meter distance.
While that performance translates to an easy sub-2 effort, it won't be that easy here.
If Mu does go after the national record (2:01.78)--and more importantly, if she does tries to shatter the mark with a sub-2 race--she'll have to control the pace from the very beginning and challenge herself as she did at USAs.
