Analysis: Last year's winner, Tamari Davis, is not in the field. But we do have the country's No. 2 (Davies), No. 3 (Abinusawa), No. 4 (Killebrew), No. 5 (Rossum) and No. 6 (Wilson) sprinters at the distance. That's not including the late addition of Briana Williams, who has the ability to make an immediate difference. Williams hasn't raced indoors since 2016, but she could win here, and you shouldn't bet against her -- she's coming off two golds for Jamaica at the IAAF U20 Championships in Finland. Williams works with Olympian Ato Boldon and has arguably the best block start in all of high school track and field.

Davies is coming off a win over Abinusawa at the PTFCA Indoor State Championships, while Wilson and Frost will be racing against East Coasters for the first time. Killebrew might be the forgotten star here, but she's been on fire wherever she's raced -- and that's been everywhere. The pre-race favorite is Williams, but anything can happen at this distance.
