Can someone explain the qualifying running standards for this meet? Are the times listed a range or does it mean indoor/outdoor times? For example the 100 meter qualifying times are 11.8/12.0. Thanks .

I do believe it's a range. Now for some, there may different circumstances like the 400mH because most schools run the 300mH, so in parentheses they also list the 300mH qualifying time for the 400mH eligibility.
