The 800m is one of the most exhilarating events on the track. One lap to find your positioning within the crowd, and the second to bring it home as fast as you can.
Many schools around the country have a strong group of 800m runners, but only a select amount have an elite group that can put together a nasty 4x800m squad.
The best team in the relay is none other than Utah's powerhouse American Fork. Led by Noah Nielson, the future Notre Dame athlete, who has the No. 2 time in the spring this season (1:49.86), the Cavemen have quite the quartet.
Followed by Daniel Simmons(1:54.15), Ryker Bement (1:54.41), and Ben Jaster (1:54.45), the star-studded team would hypothetically combine for a blistering 7:32.87.
Amazingly, this team ran even quicker at the PACS BYU Invitational over the weekend, stopping the clock in 7:31.57, but did it with Kaden Evans and Ben Bradshaw ...
