Girls across the nation are dropping some serious times in the event. And pushing the barriers in the two lap race that are rewriting the record books. 

Yet, when it comes to making an excellent 4x800m team, you need more than just one standout athlete. 

The best team on paper in the 4x800m relay is the familiar distance powerhouse from Texas; Flower Mound.

Led by the twin duo of Nicole Humphries and Samantha Humphries, the pair hold season best marks of 2:06.24 and 2:06.59, respectively. Flower Mound rounds out their team with fellow standouts Adeline Bennett with her 2:10.94 mark. And Alexandra Fox with her 2:15.34.
