The guys from Dana Hills High School (CA) pulled off an upset over MileSplit50 No. 5 Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake. Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake senior Tyler Berg took the individual win running 14:34.90 in a down-to-the-wire race against Saratoga Springs' Shea Weilbaker 14:35.20.
In the girls race, Lee's Summit West High School (MO) went to New York and took the win scoring 74 points. They upset ranked teams Liverpool (NY) and Shenendehowa (NY). Lee's Summit West High School won scoring 74 points while Liverpool's Jenna Schulz earned the individual win running 16:52.20.
