Track-Ish: Dillon Mitchell’s 100m Record and AAU Goals

Dillon Mitchell of Sheldon King High School joins the show ahead of competing at the 2025 AAU Junior Olympic Games after a record-breaking 100m freshman season. He shattered expectations as a 9th grader, breaking the U.S. freshman class record in the 100m multiple times and rewriting the record books for his age group.
