Top 15 Girls Performers Of New Balance Nationals

3. Ryen Frazier (NC) - 5K, 2 Mile, & Mile Champ

The comparisons were constant. It was too easy to reference Ryen Frazier to her older sister Wesley Frazier given how closely their high school running career's ran parallel to one another in times and achievements.

None more identical than Ryen Frazier joining her sister this past weekend as the only other female distance runner in meet history to win all three distance races titles in the 5K, two mile, and mile. At the 2013 New Balance Nationals, Wesley won the 5K in 15:55, the two mile in 10:07, and mile in 4:39. At this past weekend's New Balance Nationals, kid sister Ryen won the 5K in 16:20, the two mile in 10:07, and mile in 4:45.

Ryen Frazier could have ran faster in all three races but honestly had no real competition to press her in all three of her victories. The two Frazier sisters will join forces again in the fall when Ryen attends North Carolina State University along with Wesley. Too bad there isn't a third Frazier sister to see if another New Balance Nationals triple could be duplicated again.
