The Desert Vista girls and the American Fork boys remain at the top of the SW rankings but a lot has shifted in the past month.
With the Colorado and Utah state meets now completed, what's left to settle of this is from Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico. Those state finish up their state meets on November 8.

American Fork and Desert Vista retain their top spots in the rankings, but some recent meets have clearly had their impact in the rankings.
