Entering its 5th annual installment in 2025, RunningLane has developed into one of the nation's premier postseason cross country meets.
Widely known for its negotiable terrain which yields fast finishing times, individual athletes and teams will test themselves on the spectacular 5K lay-out at John Hunt Park.
Affectionately named PR'Ville, RunningLane offers its participants the opportunity to traverse a fast course while encountering formidable competition. Year-after-year, this recipe has led to countless personal best performances being achieved.
Last year Ruel Newberry and Gabbie Bishop etched their names among the meet's all-time greats by earning individual championship honors while on the team-side, Castle View and Bridgeland hoisted the gold hardware.
With many athletes entering the event in peak condition following their respective state series, RunningLane always delivers.

Information: 2025 New Balance RunningLane XC Championships is set for Saturday, December 6th at the John Hunt Cross Country Park in Huntsville, Alabama. The course has showcased legendary performances and some of the fastest 5K times in high school history during the first five editions of the annual meet. Individual and team national champions have been crowned in the Gold Division contests each year.
