Joslyn Hamilton, a senior from Rolesville High School (NC),  is our National Performer of the Week Presented by Firefly winner for Week 10.

The University of South Carolina signee took down the U.S. No. 1 athlete last weekend in the 60 meter hurdles at Nike Indoor Nationals

Facing off against Aleesa Samuel, Hamilton took the race with a lean at the line in a new U.S. No. 1 time of 8.21 seconds. She did it without her signature sunglasses either, saying afterward, "I came here to focus."

Winners of our NPOTW program will receive a Firefly Recovery starter kit from our presenting sponsor. For athletes interested in Firefly Recovery, you can also use promo code MILESPLIT to receive 15-percent off any Firefly Recovery Starter kit purchase.

For her effort, Hamilton garnered 57-percent of the voting during Week 9 of the National Performer of the Week Poll presented by Firefly.

With a weekend filled with blazing-times and outdoor meets in full swing this past weekend, here is a new group of girl's nominees for this week's poll.

Just like last week, voting will close on Friday at 12:00 p.m. Winners of our NPOTW program will receive a Firefly Recovery starter kit from our presenting sponsor.
