Celeste Robinson, a high school junior from Houston Cypress Ranch (TX), had an outstanding weekend in College Station at the Texas A&M Bluebonnet Invitational, taking first in the 100m dash with a wind legal U.S. No. 1 of 11.49. She also placed second in the 200m with a U.S. No. 3 mark of 23.56. She was our NPOTW presented by Firefly for Week 9.

Winners of our NPOTW program will receive a Firefly Recovery starter kit from our presenting sponsor. For athletes interested in Firefly Recovery, you can also use promo code MILESPLIT to receive 15-percent off any Firefly Recovery Starter kit purchase.

The Texas A&M Bluebonnet Invitational had some outstanding performances across the board, but Robinson showed up when it counted to come away with this week's win in the National Performer of the Week poll presented by Firefly.

For her effort, she garnered 46-percent of the voting during Week 8 of the National Performer of the Week Poll presented by Firefly, narrowly taking the win over Duncanville's Ashley Lister, the star long jumper.

With a weekend filled with blazing-times and records being broken, and National Indoor meets in full swing this past weekend, here is a new group of girl's nominees for this week's poll.

Just like last week, voting will close on Friday at 12:00 p.m. Winners of our NPOTW program will receive a Firefly Recovery starter kit from our presenting sponsor.

With that being said, have fun voting!
