Larry Josh Edwards & CJ Singleton Dual
No course record came out of the Carlisle Invitational on Saturday, but some very good racing took place, with University's (WV) Larry Josh Edwards dialing it in for a win in 15:11.40.
Butler's (PA) CJ Singleton followed 16 seconds later in 15:27.40, while Centennial (MD) junior Antonio Camacho-Bucks was third in 15:33.00.
On the team front, two top 25 teams went at it: MileSplit50 No. 22 ranked Severna Park (MD) slipped past No. 20 University (WV) by one point, 101-102, while La Salle College (PA) was third in 107.
McLean's Thais Rolly won the girls race in 17:58 and was the only female under 18 minutes.
