Top Sophmore 3200m Performance

Bishop Chatard High School's (IN) Lily Cridge clocked the fastest sophomore 3200m time in the nation last week at the IHSAA Section 19 meet. Cridge pushed the pace from the gun and never looked back. The sophomore led a pack of three girls through the halfway mark and then slowly opened up a larger and larger gap with each passing lap.
She would take home the win running 10:15.26 for the new Indiana No. 1, US No. 12, and sophomore class No. 1 time. Watch the race above and check out more from the meet in the links below.
