Florida and Texas both had some big 100m performances from guys like Harlingen High's (TX) Jose Garcia (10.00), The Woodlands College Park's (TX) Connor Washington, and Terry Parker High School's (FL) Aaron Bell (10.34) but the fastest wind-legal performance actually came out of the state of Mississippi.
