Mainland High School's (FL) Cydney Wright had a big weekend at the FHSAA Class 3A Outdoor State Finals. The senior clocked two big wind-legal PR's. In the 100m she ran 11.72 (+1.9) to place third while in the 200m she ran into a 0.3 meters per second headwind to take home the win.
