Analysis: This race is wide open and anyone's for the taking. Some teams that could be in the mix are Ohio's Hilliard Davidson, New York's Koalas (Ursuline School) and New York's Niskayuna. Based on XC team scores, Hilliard Davidson has a strong 1600m squad, which ranks US No. 4 for the indoor season. In New York, where girls primarily run the 1500m, Koalas ranks US No. 3 in team scoring while Niskayuna ranks US No. 9. Last year, Davidson finished third in 20:39.66 and it has three of its legs returning this year.
