Led by University of Pennsylvania commit Jessica Oji, a senior at Livingston (N.J.), the girl's shot put has been one of the most electric and competitive events in the country this season. Oji is one of eight girls to throw 50-0 or farther this spring, but maintains over a four-foot lead on the rest of the nation. Here are the most improved girls in the shot put this season compared to 2024.
