Analysis: Four guys this year have vaulted 17-2.75 or higher,  and two of them will be competing this weekend in New York. Colorado's Max Manson cleared 17-2.75 at the USATF-Colorado State Indoor Championships and Indiana's Nathan Stone cleared 17-6 to take over the U.S. No. 1 spot just last weekend at the West Lafayette Individuals individuals meet. The battle looks to be between these two.
