Boys Triple Jump
2018 Winner: Jequan Hogan, Fountain, Colorado, 49-06.50
Armory Record: Ja'Mari Ward, Cahokia, Illinois, 51-7.75
National Record: Keith Holley, Virginia Beach, Virginia, 52-07.50
Analysis: Connecticut's Justin Forde holds the US No. 1 jump with his 51-footer from The VA Showcase. No one has been able to go over 51 since he did back in the middle of January. The closest person to Forde is New York's Salif Mane, though Mane's been more consistent over the season. Mane jumped 50-8.5 to win the PSAL City Championships on Feb. 16. Those two guys are the only athletes competing who have cleared 50 feet. Outside of those two, there are a handful of guys competing who have all jumped 49-5.5 or better.
