After becoming the fourth New Jersey high schooler to ever break nine minutes in the 3,200m, Ridgewood's (NJ) Luke Pash was awarded the National Performer of the Week presented by Firefly honors.

Winners of our indoor NPOTW program will receive a Firefly Recovery starter kit from our presenting sponsor. For athletes interested in Firefly Recovery, you can also use promo code MILESPLIT to receive 15-percent off any Firefly Recovery Starter kit purchase.

Pash's historic mark came on the state's biggest stage: the NJSIAA Meet of Champions. This was his first-ever title at the coveted meet, and puts him towards the top of the national rankings.

Just like last week, voting will close on Friday at 12:00 p.m.

With that being said, have fun voting!

Daniel Simmons, American Fork (UT): The two-time Gatorade National Cross Country Player of the Year had a top-tier weekend in Boston, anchoring the Cavemen to a 4xMile national title thanks to his 4:06 split. Just two days later, he broke the indoor national record in the 5,000m, clocking 13:38.86 to become the first athlete under 13:40 indoors, and just the third ever.

Drew Griffith, Butler (PA): After running 8:38.67 last month on an oversized, Griffith officially set the high school two mile indoor record, breaking the tape in 8:34.91, with 17 seconds separating himself and the field. Griffith now sits No. 5 all-time including outdoors.

Dyson Wicker, Rockwall Heath (TX): After going into NBNI ranked No. 3 in the country, the senior was down to his final attempt at 17-0.75, but wound up clearing it to stay in the competition. He faced the same scenario at 17-8.5, but saw himself over the bar once again, holding on for the nail-biting win and top mark in the country.

Dominick Corley, Mead (WA): Corley stepped up to the 60m final with the 7th fastest time from the second round, but ran his own race and took down a jam-packed field to win the title in 6.67. Corley's season comes to a close as the top dog in the 60m.

Jake Odey-Jordan, Archbishop Carroll (DC): There's no better time for a PB than the final! The sophomore out of the nation's capital ran a blazing 20.66 to take down a field loaded with experienced upperclassmen, obliterating the sophomore class record along the way. Odey-Jordan's performance is the fastest time in the country, and lowered his PB down by .83 seconds.

Riley Smith, Buchholz (FL): It was three days of competition and three races for Smith at Nike Indoor Nationals. He anchored his team's winning 4xmile on Saturday before coming back and securing a one mile victory on the last lap in 4:06.68. He also split 4:02 in his team's second-place finish in the DMR on Friday.

Jayden Horton-Mims, Imhotep Charter (PA): It was a huge weekend for Horton-Mims, who claimed an individual national title in 46.85 seconds in the 400m at Nike Indoor Nationals and anchored his Philadelphia squad to a win in the 4x400 championship a day later. That final day, Horton-Mims also placed second in the 200m in 21.28.
