* Julian Carter II ran the second-fastest 800m time in the nation at the KYA HS Indoor Classic
Leading the way in Arkansas will be Julian Carter.
At the KYA HS Indoor Classic, he clocked a U.S. No. 2 performance in the 800m with a best of 1:52.47. The 800m is the only individual race the Arkansas commit is competing in this weekend, so he will be laser-focused on putting down another impressive performance.
On the girls side, don't look past Solara Koser of Fayetteville.
The state's leader in the 60mH and long jump went 8.72 and 18-9.25 already this year.
Koser will also compete in the 400m and she's one of four girls this year who broke 60 seconds in the 400m this indoor season.
