Just a few days after Thanksgiving, some of the nation's best will hit the road and travel to Kenosha, Wisconsin for the Foot Locker Midwest Regional.
As it has for the last 37 years, the University of Wisconsin-Parkside will host. In years past, legends -- including Dathan Ritzenhein, Molly Seidel and Grant Fisher -- have qualified for nationals here before going on to win the national title.
Heading into another slate of championship racing, Battle Mountain's Porter Middaugh leads the boys with his 14:38.7, while Ann Arbor Pioneer's Rachel Forsyth is the fastest girl in the nation, as she ran 16:07.5 over the weekend.
