Danarrion Ard continued his successful summer track season with a win here against, yet again, an elite field.
A month ago he grabbed a huge win at the adidas Outdoor National Championships in the 100m while finishing fifth overall in the 200m.
He carried that momentum to the AAU Club Championships with a victory in the 100m with a 10.51 (-1.5). Nigel Ancrum, who will compete at the AAU Junior Olympics next week, finished second with a 10.62 and Devonte Howell grabbed the bronze with a 10.73.
