Aniyah Brown showcased dominance this last week in the sprints.
As she made it through the rounds, the Cardinal Ritter (MO) athlete not only grabbed a victory in the 100m with an 11.71 (-2.0), but she took the gold in the 200m with a jaw-dropping performance in the 15-16 age group.
The Blues Track Club runner was challenged by Skyler Franklin for the first 150m. Brown was able to pull away the last 50m, and as a result, she sprinted to a 23.37 (+0.9) in the finals to take down the previous record set by Briana Williams in 2017 of 23.56.
