Flashback Friday: Alia Armstrong vs Jasmine Jones 60mH

We're throwing it back to 2018 when two of the nation's best hurdlers competed head-to-head at the Galleria Games. At the time 17-year-old, ATL Zoom (GA) track club member Jasmine Jones battled it out with 18-year-old Alia Armstrong from St. Katharine Drexel Prep (LA).

In the end, it was Armstong who won running 8.33 to set a new Galleria Games meet record. Jones, who has gone on to the University of Southern California, clocked a 8.46 which was also under the old meet record time of 8.64. The record was previously held by Darci Khan DC Express Track Club. Watch the 2018 race above and click the link below to watch this year's meet live.
