In our latest in-depth race breakdown of the outdoor season, Texas A&M graduate, twelve-time All-American and 2014 World Junior Championship gold medalist Olivia Ekpone breaks down the nation's fastest girls 4x100m relay of the 2020 season.

Who else would it be?

It's DeSoto (TX) High School.

Since 2013, DeSoto's girls team has been ranked in the top 10 in the country in the 4x100m relay. They ran the fastest time in the nation at the Lancaster Meet of Champions earlier in March before a rash of postponements to the season. The Eagles won the race with a time of 45.16 seconds over Duncanville's 46.53. The quartet consisted of Jalaysiya Smith, JaEra Griffin, Cierra Wash, and Jayla Hollis
