BEGINS AIRING FROM JULY 30-AUG. 6

Makeriah Harris has been Lousiana's top hurdler over the last two years.

She will be competing at the AAU Junior Olympics in both the short and long hurdles later this month. Last year, she sprinted to two gold medals claiming to be the best 100mH and 400mH in the 15-16 age group.
