Description: Beyond the quality behind-the-scenes work that goes into making this meet one of the best in-season competitions in Georgia, there's also a ton of talent on the line. It's in these kinds of races where you could see some potential shine through later in the season at a race like NXR Southeast. On the boys side, Pace Academy (GA) is a program to watch, considering it has a deep pack and runs together. Pace will battle with in- and out-of-state competitors like Auburn (AL), West Forsyth (GA), Marietta (GA) and Cambridge (GA) for the boys title.
The girls race will feature all kinds of talent, including the likes of Brentwood (TN), Auburn (AL) and Marist (GA). Times will be fast on a course that typically lends itself to them, and this meet's format changed in 2019, making all the elite teams race under the lights on Friday night in Cartersville.
