Outlook: Teer could be one of Texas' fastest sprinters of 2019. Last outdoor season he split PRs of 10.59 seconds in the 100m and 21.25 in the 200m. That could bode well for the junior entering a big recruiting year on the track. He'll look to improve on his career best indoor times of 7.00 seconds in the 60m and 22.54 seconds in the 200m.
