PIAA District 3 Championships - Girls AA Race
Northern High School's (PA) Marlee Starliper won her PIAA District 3 Championships in less-than-ideal conditions. The junior ran 17:19.70 to take the win despite the rough conditions; her time is the fastest 5K for any girl in the state of Pennsylvania this year. Starliper also led the Northern girls to their third PIAA District 3 Championships title in a row and her second individual title. The team scored 52 points to Donegal's (PA) 154 for second place.
