Kelli Hines, a sophomore from Mission Viejo, Calif., won the fan poll for National XC Performer of the Week with a whopping 9,995 votes. She won the Cool Breeze Evening Invitational last weekend in 16:54.81, the nation's fastest time this year for three miles.
