Foot Locker runner-up Ryen Frazier's still got her track legs with US #1 4:49.78 1600m!

Anna Cockrell US #1 7.88 55H! NC #2 All-Time

All-American hurdler Anna Cockrell (NC) posted a US #2 8.00 in prelims of girls 55H, but then in finals shifted another gear to clock US #1 7.88 & NC #2 all-time! One of the top returning jumpers in the country, Sydnei Murphy (NC) can also fly on track! US #2 7.05 to win the girls 55 dash to go along with a US #1 leap of 19'2.75" in the long jump on the day as well! 
Can't wait to see what the Parkland girls of North Carolina can do on a banked track after running the nation's fastest time on a 200 meter flat track in the 4x200 meter relay with a sizzling US #1 1:40.21 performance in December.

Foot Locker runner-up Ryen Frazier showed that she hasn't lost her track legs, backing up her US #1 Mile from earlier this season with a US #1 4:49.78 1600m over Nevada Mareno (NC) & Libby Davidson (VA), who clocked US #2 5:00.68 & US #4 5:04.06. Malia Ellington (NC) raced US #6 in the 1k with a 3:00.41 clocking. 
On the boys side, Elijah Inuwa of Central Academy of Technology (NC) set a new personal best and earned a US #2 ranking in the 1000 meter run with his 2:29.97 win over Vincent Crisp (2:30) and Philip Hall (2:31); the time is good for NC #4 All-Time.

Two US #1 performances from the field events with Nicole Greene traveling all the way from Florida to Winston-Salem to clear a nation's best height of 5'10" in the girls high jump, while Apex (NC) senior Drew Pederson tied for the US #1 clearance in the boys pole vault at a personal best height of 16 feet.
