The stars were out over the weekend around the country, as plenty of national contenders and household names continued their indoor campaigns.
With a combination of historic performances and a lot of movement across the state and national leaderboards, February's first full weekend of track and field was a fun one.
The National Performer of the Week poll will close at 5 p.m. CT on Thursday, February 12, and the winner will be announced shortly after.
Check out this week's five nominees for the National Girls Indoor Performer of the Week!

POLL: National Boys Indoor Performer of the Week (Feb. 2-8)
This Week's Nominees:
Blair Bartlett, The Lawrenceville School (N.J.): In her first 3200m effort since May 2025, Bartlett shattered her previous PB of 9:55.17, running the second-fastest time in national history. At the MAPL Championships, the junior clocked 9:42.38, making her the only junior to ever break 10:00. Not only did she snag a class record, but she became the fourth high schooler to ever break 9:45 across both indoor and outdoor. Bartlett won by nearly three minutes, soloing one of the greatest distance performances of all-time.
Ainsley Cuthbertson, Lexington (Mass.): The incredibly busy season continued for the Massachusetts standout, with Cuthbertson winning both the shot put and the weight throw at the ML-12 Varsity Championship Meet. Throwing 40-11 and 57-10.88 (PB), the senior improved on her runner-up finish in the shot put from a year ago, and won her third consecutive weight throw title. Not only was her weight throw title a lifetime best, but it was also the best mark in state history, and is the new national leader in the event.
Grace Bethel, Male (Ky.): At the Eastern Indoors meet in Louisville, Kentucky, Bethel cruised to a pair of wins in the 60m and 200m, running 7.40 and 23.72. Since beginning her season last month, Bethel is 9-1 combined in both distances, and 5-0 in the 60m so far this winter. Already owning the indoor 60m state record, the junior now owns the 200m record along with it, breaking Clara Warrick's (Oldham County) record from a year ago. With more than a month left in the indoor campaign, Bethel sits No. 1 and No. 4 in both events on the national junior leaderboard.
Destiny Coleman, Woodlawn (Md.): Not one, not two, but three region titles at the MPSSAA 4A Central Region Championships! Across the 55m, 300m, and 55mH, Coleman picked up three wins in both flat sprints, finishing in 6.99, 39.09, and 7.79. She ranks second, fifth, and second in all three events across Maryland, and is No. 2 all-time in the 55mH, one of two girls in state history to break 7.70.
Meaghan Lynch, Schulyerville (N.Y.): The University of Buffalo commit brought the brooms with her to the Purple Champions High School Invitational, winning both the long and triple jump titles with lifetime bests. Jumping 19-7.5 and 39-1.75, Lynch moved up to No. 1 and No. 2 on New York's statewide leaderboard this season, the only girl inside the top-three on both lists. She also moved up to No. 10 in state history in the long jump, with 19-7.5 being the best mark in the state since 2023.
