Lauren Ping has been one of the best high school runners in recent memory and it's hard to believe her signature win at the Mt SAC Invitational came six years ago. As a freshman, the Desert Vista superstar recorded the 13th fastest 3-mile time at one of the most prolific meets on the West Coast.
