Isaac Benjamin joined the show in December to discuss his upcoming senior track and field season before it began. Over the last two years, Benjamin has consistently been a top contender in the Washington distance running scene, securing multiple podium finishes in the 3200m and cross country. His top achievement is running 8:52 for the 3200m last season, and he hopes to build on that momentum to win his first State title this spring.
