Joshua Cooper joins the show after running the U.S. No. 1 800m time of 1:49.00 ahead of the Carolina Distance Carnival streaming live on MileSplit this Friday, April 17th. The junior from Willow Spring High School in North Carolina has quickly developed into a national-caliber 800m runner after only beginning track his freshman year. During this indoor season, he set the state record in the 1000m for North Carolina and secured the Nike Indoor Nationals 800m title.
