The Penn Relays are the oldest active Track and Field Meet in the Country, now in their 130th rendition. The High School events have always been a big part of the relays, kicking off the Spring Season in spectacular fashion for those in the Northeast. The event has seen more than a few changes through its storied history, and we've tracked down every Invitational event winner we could, dubbed the Championship of America.
