5. Natalie Dumas (Eastern Regional)
After a strong showing at Nike Indoor Nationals a week ago, Dumas kept the good times rolling as she left her second national championship with two national titles.
As an individual, Dumas won the 400m in 53.66, making her the only girl under 54 seconds. The junior also stepped up big for Eastern Regional (N.J.) in the Spring Medley Relay, battling over the last lap to lead her squad to gold.
Dumas split a 2:07.78 for her 800m leg, bringing the Vikings across the line in 4:00.48, a U.S. No. 2.
