The last weekend of January competition was big one in the world of hurdles, as national leads were run and the all-time lists were shuffled.

Texas' Ja'Shaun Lloyd (Athletic Performance Ranch) was the unofficial hurdler of the weekend, as the senior moved to No. 4 in U.S. history and became the first Texas high schooler to ever break 7.60.
